- Contact Us!: Let us know what your goals are, and we will schedule a consultation with a trainer we feel will best meet your goals.
- Consultation: Meet with your trainer to discuss your goals, fitness level, and any specific needs. They will assess where you currently are so please come dressed to work out. Performance Lab is a 100% Support Zone. We are here to meet you wherever you are.
- Personalized Plan: Get a customized workout program designed just for you. This will take into account your current fitness, knowledge, and comfort levels along with the goals you and your trainer set.
- 1-on-1 Training: Work closely with your trainer to build strength and confidence, improve technique, and stay accountable.
Most Performance Lab clients train weekly at a consistent day and time. Your trainer will discuss scheduling with you during your initial consultation.
