How It Works

- Consultation: Meet with your trainer to discuss your goals, fitness level, and any specific needs. They will assess where you currently are so please come dressed to work out. Performance Lab is a 100% Support Zone. We are here to meet you wherever you are.
- Personalized Plan: Get a customized workout program designed just for you. This will take into account your current fitness, knowledge, and comfort levels along with the goals you and your trainer set.
- 1-on-1 Training: Work closely with your trainer to build strength and confidence, improve technique, and stay accountable.
